3. ACCOUNT CREATION AND TERMINATION
3.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Accuracy: You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date, including your certificates, ratings, and flight hours.
3.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

5.1 POSTFLYTE IS NOT A PART 135 OPERATOR
IMPORTANT: Postflyte is NOT a commercial aviation operator, charter service, or Part 135 certificate holder. We are solely a platform for connecting private pilots.5.2 User Verification Responsibilities

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:6. DPE GOUGE TERMS
6.1 Content Standards: Users warrant they have the right to share gouge information and that content does not violate FAA test integrity or reveal actual test questions.
6.2 Accuracy Disclaimer: Gouges are user experiences and opinions only. We make no guarantee of accuracy or relevance to future checkrides.
6.3 No Liability: Postflyte is not responsible for checkride success or failure based on gouge information.
6.4 Pricing: DPE gouges are $12 each or available through our submit-one-get-one-free program.
6.5 No Resale: Reselling, redistributing, or sharing purchased gouges is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
7.1 Platform Content: All Platform content, features, and functionality are owned by Postflyte and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 User Content License: By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content in connection with the Service.
7.3 User Representations: You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post.
8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
8.1 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting it.
8.2 No Endorsement: We do not endorse any user content and expressly disclaim any liability related to user content.
8.3 Removal Rights: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO POSTFLYTE IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
EXCLUSIONS: WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

17. PLATFORM FEATURES
17.1 Location-Based Services: Our platform shows pilots at airports to facilitate connections. Location sharing is voluntary and can be disabled.
17.2 Messaging: Direct messaging between pilots is provided for coordination. All messages must comply with our Community Guidelines.
17.3 Profile Information: Your aviation credentials, ratings, and experience are displayed to build trust within the community.
17.4 Mobile Applications: These Terms apply to all Postflyte applications including web and mobile versions.
