• Meeting other pilots through our platform
• Participating in any flights arranged through connections made on Postflyte
• Relying on information provided by other users
• Cost-sharing arrangements
• Flight instruction activities
• Aircraft rental arrangements
No Endorsement of Users
POSTFLYTE DOES NOT:
• Endorse any pilot's skills, judgment, or safety record
• Verify the accuracy of any credentials claimed
• Guarantee the competency of any user
• Recommend specific pilots or aircraft
• Supervise or monitor actual flight operations

COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY WAIVER
You Agree to Release Postflyte From ALL Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you WAIVE, RELEASE, and DISCHARGE Postflyte, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from ANY and ALL claims, damages, losses, or injuries including but not limited to:
Personal Injury or Death resulting from aviation activities
Property Damage to aircraft or other property
Financial Losses from cancelled flights, disputes, or arrangements
Legal Consequences from regulatory violations
Disputes Between Users including breach of agreements
Reliance on User Information that proves inaccurate
Criminal Acts by other users
Weather-Related incidents or decisions
Mechanical Failures of aircraft
Any Other Damages arising from use of our platform
This Waiver Applies Even If:
• Postflyte was allegedly negligent
• Postflyte failed to warn of specific risks
• Other users misrepresented their qualifications
• Platform features contributed to an incident

INDEMNIFICATION
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Postflyte from any claims brought by:
• Your passengers
• Aircraft owners
• Insurance companies
• Government agencies
• Any third parties
This includes paying for Postflyte's legal defense costs and any judgments or settlements.

SPECIFIC ACTIVITY DISCLAIMERS
Cost-Sharing Flights
• You must ensure compliance with FAR 61.113
• You must share costs equally with no profit
• Common purpose must exist for the flight
• This is NOT commercial operation
Flight Instruction
• CFIs must hold valid certificates
• Students must verify CFI credentials
• Insurance must cover instruction
• Postflyte is not supervising instruction
Aircraft Rentals
• Separate rental agreements required
• 100-hour inspections if applicable
• Insurance verification essential
• Postflyte not party to rental agreements
DPE Checkrides
• Gouges are personal experiences only
• No guarantee of accuracy or completeness
• Success not assured or guaranteed
• You must study all official FAA materials
• DPEs may change testing methods at any time
• Gouges supplement but never replace proper preparation

MANDATORY SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
By using Postflyte, you affirm that:

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes related to aviation activities must be resolved:
Between the parties directly involved
Through appropriate insurance channels
Via binding arbitration if involving Postflyte
Without class action participation

SEVERABILITY
If any portion of this waiver is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This waiver is governed by the laws of the United States, including federal aviation regulations, and applicable state law where you reside.

Messaging and Communication
• We do not monitor or verify the content of messages
• You are responsible for all communications

Mobile App Usage
• The mobile app requires additional permissions (location, notifications)
• You can control all permissions in your device settings
• Flying requires your full attention - never use the app while piloting
